I found the hotel to be a decent choice for skiing, especially with the easy access to the slopes. However, there were some drawbacks, like the limited dining options nearby and the room cleanliness schedule, which affected my stay. The ski facilities were fantastic, and I loved that I could ski right out from the hotel, but the atmosphere felt a bit dated and could use some modern touch.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms are small but well designed and laid out, providing a huge locker that is easy to use. Overall, they’re comfortable enough for a skiing trip.
Service
6.0
The service was satisfactory, but there were some lapses such as not replenishing bedroom slippers and slow housekeeping during longer stays.
Location
7.0
Being located next to the ski lift was excellent, but it's a bit far from local restaurants and convenience stores, which limits dining options for guests.
Dining
5.0
The dining offered a buffet style, which varied but tended towards a Japanese style rather than Western, limiting options for those who prefer the latter.
Facilities
8.0
The hotel boasts great ski facilities, including a rental shop and lockers, making it very convenient for skiers and snowboarders.

This hotel is a perfect base for skiing in Niseko, with excellent facilities like ski lockers and a convenient location right next to the slopes. The rooms are small but comfortable, and I appreciated the on-site onsen for relaxation after a day on the mountain. However, dining options can become monotonous, and the convenience store is limited. Overall, it's a great choice for ski enthusiasts.

Rooms
8.0
The rooms, while small, were totally fine with good sleep quality, and I could easily store my bulky items in the storage area next to the ski locker.
Service
7.0
The check-in process was easy, and I found the staff to be helpful, although I would have preferred more timely room cleaning.
Location
9.0
The hotel has fantastic access to the ski lifts and slopes, allowing for an easy ski-in, ski-out experience.
Dining
6.0
The buffet food was plentiful, but it can get a bit monotonous during longer stays. I recommend trying local restaurants for variety.
Facilities
8.0
The onsen was great and well-maintained, providing a perfect place to unwind after skiing, but the bar's operational hours could be improved.

7.0/10

The hotel is located in a ski area which is great for snowboarding, but it's a bit of a hike to the ticket center and can be inconvenient if the upper lift closes. The atmosphere is decent but feels a bit overpriced for what you get. The breakfast was enjoyable, and the onsen was a highlight, but the lack of nearby nightlife options is a downer.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms were pretty small, yet they were very clean and had everything we needed.
Service
7.0
The service was adequate but nothing exceptional; I had a few questions, and the staff was generally helpful.
Location
6.0
The hotel is a bit far from the main village and other restaurants, which can be annoying, especially since public transport needs reservation.
Dining
7.0
Breakfast was good but the dinner buffet felt a bit overpriced for what was offered.
Facilities
8.0
The onsen was great and very clean, adding value to the stay.

The hotel has a fantastic setup for skiing, with easy access to the slopes right from the ski room. The onsen is clean and relaxing, and the buffet dining offers a good variety. However, the rooms had a notable cigarette smoke smell, which was off-putting, and the limited convenience store options were a downside. Despite being slightly dated, it provides great value for skiers and snowboarding enthusiasts.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms were comfortable, equipped with a flat-screen TV and spotless bathroom, but they had a strong smell of cigarette smoke that was quite excessive.
Service
8.0
The service was friendly and helpful, particularly with my inquiries despite my limited Japanese.
Location
9.0
The hotel is perfectly located right next to the ski lift, making it easy to head out skiing anytime, though it’s a bit far from other dining options.
Dining
7.0
The dining offered a good selection, but it can get monotonous over time because it largely focuses on buffet meals.
Facilities
8.0
The onsen and ski lockers were great amenities, providing both relaxation and convenience for skiers.

I had a fantastic experience at this ski resort hotel! It's right next to the ski lift, which made hitting the slopes super easy. The onsen was great, and the breakfast was delicious. However, I did notice the rooms could use some updating, and my first room had a strong cigarette smell, which was off-putting. Overall, I would definitely come back for the skiing and amenities, but there are some areas for improvement.

Rooms
7.0
My initial room had a heavy cigarette smoke smell, which was unpleasant, but after requesting a change, I found the new room to be spacious and comfortable. However, they do appear a bit dated.
Service
7.0
The check-in process was efficient, but there were times when the cleaning service missed my room despite my request for it to be cleaned daily, especially given my long stay.
Location
8.0
The hotel's location is fantastic for skiing with direct access to the slopes. However, it is a bit isolated from other restaurants and shops, so plan to eat at the hotel unless you're willing to travel.
Dining
8.0
The breakfast buffet was plentiful, with a mix of Western and Japanese options. Dinner at Eclat was decent but a bit expensive for what it is.
Facilities
9.0
The onsen was a highlight—very clean and refreshing after a day on the slopes, and the ski locker facilities were excellent.
